I had the pleasure of breifly knowing Tara. My heart stopped the moment I found out about her terrible tragedy. I feel so deeply for her family and everyone she was able to touch in her short time on earth. Tara was truly one of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever met and I will miss her immensly. She was able to make such a lasting impression on me in the short time we knew each other and may God bless her and her family. Rest in Peace Tara, your memory will last for eternity.

A tragedy for everyone involved. It is sad that one so young, who wanted to lead a life with purpose, direction and goals, was summoned to her eternal home so soon. I offer my deepest condolences to Officer Drummond's family, friends and fellow-officers as they all try to get through this most difficult time. I am sure the instructor wishes he could go back in time but since we cannot change yesterdays' our only hope is to live more meaningful tomorrows. I pray that he will be able to forgive himself as this was a most unfortunate accident. Hopefully he will honor Officer Drummond's life by living his with honor and dedication in her memory. My prayers for all who grieve her loss and may God's perpetual light shine upon her as she rests in His eternal peace. May God bless her loved ones as they carry on without her earthly presence but hold her close in their hearts, memories and thoughts. All of our survivor families share your pain and we will never forget to remember the price paid in wanting to serve and protect.
