Tara & Family,
There are not enough words to express how saddened I was to learn of your death and no matter how many times I have asked and I am sure your family has asked "why" my faith and the faith of your family comforts us. There is an ultimate reason for your untimely death even if we are unable to comprehend it at this time. You always were a joy to teach with sparkles in your eyes and such a wonderful demeanor. May God bless you, your family, and all officers during this time of your lives.

To your family, may God be with you in the difficult days ahead and give you strength to keep go on. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Matthew 5:4 says blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted. I dont think that there is anything more heartbreaking than for a mother or a father to lose a child, my prayers are with the family. I pray that you will lean on GOD for your strength and comfort. GOD says that there isnt one sparrow that falls from the sky that he does not know about. He loves us more than the sparrow. When we hurt he hurts also and he cares. Remember we are his children. GOD warns in 1 peter 5:8 that the devil is like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. His purpose is to attack the family and seperate us from GOD. Paul gives us some comforting words in Romans 8:35-39. I sat and spoke with Tara a few months ago, she was warm and friendly. she will surely be missed.

Rest in Peace, sister. May you enjoy eternal happiness in Paradise. Your service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
Through your dedication and devotion, you must have proven yourself a warrior worthy of patrolling the streets of Heaven.
May those you left behind find some comfort in knowing this. Let them also be proud to have known a hero like you and to have been a part of making you the person you were. Watch over them now, keep them from harm and help them to find the strength they will need to carry on.
Godspeed.

Thank you so much to the Kennesaw Police Department. Specifically those officers that we have hugged since the accident. You know who you are. The list is so long that we would miss someone if we tried to name you all. There are also many, many officers and Honor Guard from other great law enforcement agencies who deserve recognition. Please know that you have touched our hearts.

The procession today was absolutely awesome. There were lights flashing as far as you could see, people standing on the side of the road at attention, people out of their cars in the other lane standing at attention, and the officers at intersections along the entire 30 Mi+ route. It honored our daughter and blessed our hearts.
The English language does not have words that adequately express the comfort, compassion, and friendship we have felt from every officer and officer's family. We will never be the same again. Thank you again.

Our hearts go out to every officer and cadet that were in the training room with "T". We know you tried and we love you.

You are all our heroes and we shall continue to pray for you.

Tara,
You left a loving family, friends and Department that will never be the same without your vibrance. I am honored to have known you. You will always be in our hearts. I am grateful to have seen your dream of becoming a police officer come true.

You were such a wonderful person who always gave of yourself to others. Your smile always left a wonderful feeling with everyone you met.

You had everything it took to have much success in this career and would have exceeded your goals.

Family,
Thanks for sharing Tara with us. I am so very sorry for your loss. Just know that you will always be part of the Kennesaw Police Department family.
