I knew Roy from his time at Polk County Fire Rescue, he was a great person. Let's never forget him or that he made the ultimate sacrifice protecting the citizens of New Smyrna Beach.

He was my dads best friend and the nicest person I've ever met.he was amazing I wish he was still here to enjoy his kids future. He didn't desrve this. I guess that's just what happens in the line of duty. He will always be remembered.
