Each day that I enter the doors of our facility I will miss the smiling face of my brother and commrad. I have been the better person for having known and worked with Cotton for almost 20 yrs. He was always a pleasure to be around and I am pround to say one of the best officers I have had the opportunity to supervise. Today even though he is not with us in person I know that he is watching over me and the rest of his brothers from Heaven. May God bless and comfort his family during this time of sorrow.

I just heard both fugitives have been apprehended. This is good news during this time of sorrow.

May God be with you and watch over your family. Thank you for your service. Rest in peace my brother.

I just wanted the family to know that I know what a tough time they are having.. My brother in law was killed in a crash in march of this year. He was the first to be killed in the line of duty in the departments history. If there is anything that I can do let me know.
I know this time will be hard, but you learn to go on. I am deeply sorry for your loss. yours truly, Jessica Herbert Carmel In

Officer Morgan is a brother whom I have not yet met, but like all of us, I have always known him and his family. Someday I will finally see him in person and tell him face-to-face how proud I am of his service and sacrifice. Our prayers are the best we can offer to him and his family for now. Keep him and his family in your watchful care, Dear Lord and be sure to tell him how much we all miss him.

What can I say about the people who go out everyday and risk there lives. I can say over nine hundred things. All the time on TV you hear of Shootings, robbings and drug dealings ect.

Officer Morgan was one of them. Out there risking his life to make this country a safer place for the people who live in it. And the more I see what goes on the more that makes me want to become one of them.

I always have respect for all the men and women who night and day are risking there lives to save others.

And now officer Morgan is still in his uniform now walking side by side with Jesus in heaven. He will be forever in our hearts.
