Bill, there's really no excuse for not having known of your death before now, but thats the cold reality. We lost touch after high school, I moved away after college and learned today of your death from a friend. I remember your smile and how you towered over the rest of us. I remember us running together and the power of youth. Most of all I remember that you were kind and fun to be around. From reading about your life today on the internet it sounds like you left a wonderful legacy of selfless service. I would have expected nothing less. I'm sorry we lost touch and sorry that tragedy took you too soon. I am proud to have shared a small part of life with you and you live in my memories. May God grant you peace and protect those you love.
