Uncle Jerry, it's been 4 long years...I miss you so much! I hadn't seen any dragonflies for such a long time and this weekend they seemed to be all around me thank you.. You know everytime I listen to Mana which seems to be alot even without trying, it always makes me think of you.. but I think of you always anyways... I still hear your voice when you called me from the Mana concert teasing me saying guess where I am hehe... then putting the phone up so I could hear a song. Your heroism and service is honored today, the fourth anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
