Thank you for your service as both a law enforcement officer and a veteran. As a descendant of the family wasn't sure how you passed. Your sacrifice will not be forgotten.

God Bless you, Officer Yost. So many years later, far from forgotten. You are not memorialized on Ancestry, not even on their census! I will find you and make sure you are there. History sees you. We honor you.

A descendent, with thanks

Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.
GOD Bless

Your heroism and service is honored today, the one hundred and thirty-fifth anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
