Your heroism and service is honored today, the 83rd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Rest In Peace.

All I can say on behalf of the Fulton family is that we are glad he is finally honored. My great grandma was pregnant when he was shot and killed so unfortunately my great aunt never got a chance to see her dad. I am sure there are a lot of stories like this around but I always felt bad for my Aunt Ruby that she never even met her dad.
There is a small error with the information provided here. He was 28 years old when he was killed in action. God bless.
