Policeman Wicks - "Shot twice and returned fire, killing the suspect." That says much about both your character and your courage. Thank you for your service and your example. We hope we will be found worthy to join you, when called from this life. Please prepare our way, brother.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 82nd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service.
