To. Ofc. Grignon and his FAMILY

My DEEPEST sympathy goes out to you. I have been with JCPD/LMPD for 7 years now and this is the first time I have had to face a death so close. I will pray for you each and every day. I feel blessed to have worked with such a dedicated soul, and even more blessed to know that you will be watching over me for the rest of my time. To the family I am very sorry for your loss, I hope that you can fill that void in your heart knowing that each and every member of this department is very proud of the service and dedication your son gave. You are as much a part of our family as Peter was. We will be with you always as Peter will be with us. The loss of a son will be the hardest thing you deal with but the expantion of your family I hope is the greatest thing you can ever feel. To his wife I know you will feel the strength of this family we call a brotherhood and want you to know that we are here for you always.

Thank you brother for your ultimate sacrificae, YOU WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN!
