Reflections for Deputy Sheriff Frank E. Dulin
I didn’t get a chance to know you nor did my mother, Virginia Dulin Casey, who was your 10 month old daughter when you were killed. My mother and grandmother have always told us your story and kept your memory alive. You are truly a hero and your legacy will live on.

Although I didn’t get the chance to know you, your story was passed down to us by my mother, Kathryn Dulin Dentinger, your brother Clyde’s daughter. Your legacy lives on, and has only strengthened, thanks to your brothers and sisters in-arms, and your neighbors in the peaceful town of Taylorsville, Kentucky. Rest In Eternal Peace Uncle Frank. Forever 26 years old.
