Reflections for Police Officer Molly Suzanne Thomas-Bowden

To Molly and her family:

This tragedy is our loss, and heaven's gain. It's not so much how you died that makes you a hero...it is how you lived your life. God Bless all of you.

Molly,
Girl I miss you so much! I wish I would have called you for that last night out. I will never forget you and I am at peace knowing you will be in heaven when I go there and we can laugh and joke like we used too. You were there for so many important times in my life. The hurt and pain will never go away, but I have wonderful memories to last until I see you again. I love you Molly!!

In our families darkest hour, as we bear the burden of the loss of Molly, the Columbia Police Department and police officers from all over the country have mourned and suffered together with us. I can never thank them enough for their kindness and continued support of Corey and the boys and all of us. I will never look at another police officer without thinking of Molly and courage and honor. I have the highest respect for the CPD and please know that you are in my daily thoughts and prayers. Thank you all for being our faithful friend, sharing our sorrows and offering us what comfort you could. Know that all of you are my strength and inspiration in my time of broken heart and pained aching over the loss of such a sweet and dear loved one.

molly will be missed until the very last person who knew her is gone. we've all suffered an unmeasurable loss, but it warms my heart to know that molly has only gained. she is in a place now that is beautiful beyond any discription i could give. she will never again experience pain or sorrow. she will never again be confronted by hate. she will watch over us from above until we are able to join her. God bless Molly and her family - relitives and otherwise.

I knew Molly personally for many years, the ray of light she brought to you when she was around you cannot describe. There will always be a void in everyones life whom she touched. Just always remember that our Lord has one more hero with him now and always.
