Molly aka "Starsky", it's been a year tom. since you passed away. Everyday that passes I think of you, and how much fun you were. I miss you dearly, as does everyone else. I know your still watching over us and helping us with those wings you got. I can't wait to be up there with you when the day comes, so we can go trout fishing again, and this time catch the BIG ONE.

Love You,

Just wanted you and your family to know that I'm thinking of you today. Somedays are just harder than others, and we all know what those days are. Molly, watch over your family and help them through the days that they struggle with, without you here. I just wanted to stop by and let you know that I was thinking about you, and to wish you a Happy First Birthday in Heaven, I will never forget you.

Officer Bowden:
I salute you on the anniversary of your death! I know God needs a "Few Good Women" to keep our men in blue in line up in Heaven, so he chose to take you!

By reading what friends and fellow officers have shared for far, God took the perfect soul.

Everyday, you made a difference. You may not have seen every smile sent your way...you may not have seen every sigh of relief that was exhaled when a citizen knew they were safe as you drove by or came to their call for help...you may not have known how many crimes you prevented with your presence. But, you made a difference in the lives that you touched. Thank you for your sacrifice and dedication. You are a true warrior. Please watch over all of us.

Almost one year ago today I sat crying on steps of the Columbia Police Department (CPD) while lighting a candle and placing a single white rose in honor of Officer Molly Bowden. I am pleased to report that our community also remembers. The section of Route AC on wish Molly was killed is to renamed Molly Bowden Memorial Drive. I'm still crying ....

Molly,
I haven't left a message since last
Feb. and your first anniversary is
only days away. I reread your reflections and a sweeter girl there
couldn't be. I still ache for your sweet
husband and your step-sons. I know
everyone that knew you misses you
so. You certainly left a legacy, I can
feel the LOVE! :> Well, one day I will
meet you and Jesus and I am longing for that. Tell Him Hi and know that you are remembered like
it was yesterday that you left.
