Officer Soto,
On today, the 120th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of San Elizario. I too have to agree with the last two previous reflections left for you. Your murderer should've got a whole lot more than 5 years-hopefully he's paying for his crime in eternity.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 114th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

You and your family deserved justice for your murder, but unfortunately the justice rendered was woefully inadequate.
Rest In Peace

You are remembered today and thank you Sir for your service.

This writer is very disappointed that justice was never served for the life you gave.
