Well, as Matt already told you, he is back in the game - up north. It will be a true learning experience for him. He will be much better off than he ever was.....

April is good. She has been so witty lately. She is cracking me up.

Morgan, yes she is getting big. Crazy silly. She has a great smile and never wants to sleep (I think she got that from Matt).

Hey bro;

Well, Christmas is finally about here. Can you believe it, I am a little closer now to where you were. Obviously I love being much BUSIER running calls I never would have run before. I am just happy to be out roaming again, and look forward to getting to know the guys at the new department.

I know April and your Mom and Dad are happy to see me back out and about, but of course, ALWAYS tell me to be careful. Those words have a new meaning to me now.

Anyway, Morgan is getting HUGE, although tiny compared to Domminic. You would be giving us all types of crap as her uncle, egging her to get even with us in any way possible.

Well, gotta run. Keep an extra watch over me, the new GC, over the coming years, god knows I am gonna need it.

hi scott!

thanks for looking down on good old cliffy cox on saturday. it could have been so much worse. the patrol car is totaled but he is still with us. he had a few days hospitalization and is on an array of pain medications, but he still has his off the wall sense of humor which sometimes i swear you picked up from him somewhere back in the day. at any rate, just wanted to check in with that news. nothing much else going on except trying to get ready for christmas, etc... take care and miss you a lot!

Doc,
I can't believe I only found out about this yesterday. I was trying to look up contact info for Mel and came across this page - I just couldn't believe it.
I then started to think about all those times on det with the three of us while we were in the Navy. We always had such great fun...picking on Smitty, goofing around all time. It's a miracle we ever got any work done. You were such a smart aleck, but that's always what I loved about you.
I am so regretful that we lost touch after 2003. I still have your number in my cell phone... You were such a good friend when I was in the Navy and it hurts that I didn't maintain contact.
I did finally get in touch with Mel today. It was great to hear his voice. He still misses you. Hopefully, Mel and I will see each other soon and get to share some old "war stories" about you.
You were a great service to your country and community.
I will miss you.

Hello Mr. Armstrong! How is everything? It has been a little while since I have left anything. I wanted to tell you that I am a father, can you believe that. Christine and I had a 8 lb 12.9oz little girl named Zelletta Rose. You know the Zelletta is after Aunt Z. I know you were there when she was born, she is so beautiful. J is going to be the Godfather. Speaking of J he is going to get married in February 07, he graduated from paramedics school and just got a job at St Charles Ambulance District, he and Jenni are doin great. I didn't tell you though that Christine and I did get married on your Birthday this year. I know you were there, it was beautiful day. Your Mom and Dad were there, J gave a speech and made me cry, go fiqure though right. I miss you and love you brother. Till we talk again.

Hi Scott - I haven't been on to say "hi" lately and thought I would stop in. Been thinking about you a lot lately, I still can't believe that you are gone. Brian and I are expecting #3! We are due in March, sorry but I don't think I can hold off until April so the baby is born on your b-day:) We aren't finding out the sex this time around, we want it to be a surprise and it is driving me NUTS, I have never been one for surprises. Hey bro;

We just got home from a COPS picnic in St Ann. It was nice to see the "old survivors" and I finally got to meet part of the Chambers family. It is great to get to share good times with everyone at those events, but I wish it was under different circumstances.

You would be so excited about your neice, she is a HUGE bundle of joy. I am enjoying playing mr mom, but as your dad says, I am April's, well you know!!!! Anyway, thanks for watching over her and April lately. Be with me in the coming weeks as hopefully my luck turns around!!!

My work, Elsevier, did a bake sale yesterday and with the company match- we raised $925 for BackStoppers. I met Chief Brandes from CC fire, who works with Scott B.

I think the last time we saw each other was pretty close to when my son Thomas was born and now Graham and I are expecting #2 now.
