Reflections for Deputy Sheriff Brandy Lyn Winfield

God bless your family now and always!!!!!

October 15, 2007

Still miss you and think of you and everyone affected EVERYDAY!!

October 14, 2007

Hey Brandy, thinking about you alot today. I can't believe that it has been 3 years. Sometimes I think that was the longest and worst day of my life. Me and everyone else. I say this all the time, but so much has happened in those three years. So much has changed.
Landon and Tyler are getting sooooo big. I saw Tyler the other day and he just talked and talked and Landon..well he looks exactly like you, especially his ornary smile.
I don't like thinking of today as an anniversary...it's just to hard to think back to that day and all the events that went on...but I still think about you alot Brandy. I know that you are always watching out for the guys and especially now on Cory. You are and always will be a hero in all of our eyes.

Hard to believe that its been 3 years, not a day goes by that I dont think about you. Miss you and love ya.

October 14, 2007

Brandy,
We think of you everyday. It is so hard to believe it has been three years since we have seen that huge smile of yours. Thanks for watching over Cory, Lindsay, and your mom and dad during their tragedy. We know you are there with Cory and keeping him being the fighter to come back. We saw your boys not long ago and they are growing into quite the gentlemen. You should be very proud.
We miss you Bran and you will always be part of our family.
Love,
Barb & John

Well Brandy,

It's been three years. Some things have changed some have remained the same.

But the people of Marion,Ohio will never be the same.

It still seems unreal that you were murdered by someone you were trying to help.

Please watch over your fellow officers.

October 14, 2007

You were taken from us three years ago today, seems like so long ago, but I can remember every detail. I still miss you and your smile.

One family that has had so much pain... It reminds me of the book of Job. He too suffered greatly, but by keeping his faith he was rewarded one hundred times over.
It's difficult now, but your family will be greatly rewarded in Heaven- a special place for the special people.
Until then, know that so many people are prayibg for your family. The sacrifices your family has endured are not forgotten, but much appreciated.
