The blue line became more thin today as I lost a brother I may not have known, but I know and live what he stood for. As an ache in my heart and weakness in my knees will never heal but will be aided by the watch over "our" family by my fellow fallen Officers. May God Bless You and Keep You.

Craig-
Your county grieves the loss of a hero. It was a honor and priviledge to work by your side. It takes a special person to work a small community with the grace, integrity, and honor that you gave. Rest in peace knowing that your brothers of the "Thin Blue Line" will support your wife Karen and your children. You will not be forgotten.

I remember Craig as a beautiful child who came from a delightful family. It was the pleasure of our family to enjoy Craig as an adult, as well.

Craig would make any family proud; he was the epitome of a great police officer, husband, father and friend.

May his family derive comfort from knowing he lived his life more fully than many do in a long lifetime. He was a success in all he did.

May God bless his family and bring them peace and comfort.

To Deputy Blann's wife and children, I am so very sorry for your tragic loss. I lost my father, age 44, on July 9th. He suffered a massive heart attack while training at the state prision in Georgia. I know that this is a very difficult time. Please know that you are in my prayers. God Bless you and Deputy Blann.

To the family, friends, and co-workers of Sheriff Blann my prayers are with you. I wish there was something I could say to help you, but as everyone knows there is nothing. What helped me through it all was just knowing the fact that Clint loved being a police officer and would not have traded places with anyone.
Deputy Blann your family will miss you every day, but we will never forget you.
Thank you for your sacrifice, and look Clint up tell him we miss him...

Craig was an angel,
Without any wings.
He blessed our lives,
With the most precious things.
His thoughtfulness came,
As a gift from above.
And we will now feel we're surrounded,
By his warm, caring love.
Craig you will always be remembered in so many ways.
May God be with your family to watch over them and help ease their pain. As a friend and a co-worker I have seen you touch so many lives. Our memories of you will last forever.
