Reflections for Police Officer Jason Alan Wolfe
Happy birthday in heaven, my friend. You would have been 48 this year and that totally blows me away. You have missed out on so many things and we are forever less for not having you in our lives

My sons and I just walked past where the incident took place. I explained to my sons what happened and told them to say a prayer for the families affected by such a senseless act. May God keep you both in his hands.

To both mom’s the loss of both of your sons, that I worked with while in SAU and now in training, will be forever in my mind, I was there as a first responder....and I now teach all of our officers about the dangers of being a first responder!

May your family find peace after 20 years of heart ache and sorrow. My brother (Michael Corey McInnis of San Antonio ,TX PD)was killed on the exact same day and I still cannot get over the fact he is gone. Pain never goes away.

J,
Thank you for the continued strength and support. You are never far from our thoughts and always in our hearts. This weekend has brought so many tears, smiles, belly-busting fits of laughter, memories, and stories. Your life is celebrated in daily moments and with the love from your/our family. I know you are smiling and enjoying our [trip down memory lane].

Ten years ago today we lost you and Eric. I remember that day that night everyword said on the radio. Holding my breath hoping praying to hear your voice. So I knew you were ok. But I knew the moment it happened I would not hear your voice again. You are truly truly missed by so many everyday. I still remember the promise you made to me, I know you are filling that promise.

We lost three of our own in the last month. It's been a tough time. I read about you back in 2005 on ODMP and for some reason think of you every now and then. Keep watch over us, and know you are not forgotten.

Hello Sir,
It's 28 August where I am at in the world, phoenix is just waking up. I will keep this short, the families and people of our home slept peacefully protected in their beds because of others who took on that responsibility, just like you did. Rest peacefully.

8 years have passed since you left the city of no sleep. The day that you left was a day that was both a tragedy and a shock to those you served with in your squad. I want to extend my deepest condolences to you, your family and your friends. 10-7 Sir good night you will be deeply missed.

This one was a tough one. I sure wish you could know Kameron. He's a sophomore. I hope you'd like him. Watch out for him if you would. He carries more on his shoulders than most kids his age. He's such a good kid!
