In loving memory of Detective Fatta:
Your life was taken too soon and in
such a violent way. Your co-workers
showed so much restraint in not
killing your killer. It would have been
so easy to just finish him off right there. Your passing has left a huge
void for those left behind. Your memory will live on indefinitely. May God be with your family, friends and co-workers whose pain will endure for many months and years to come. I wish you all God's peace and comfort. I pray for a speedy recovery for your partner. Fortunately his life was spared. With love and sympathy from one coast of America to another,

To the men and Women of the Broward County Sheriff's Office. There are no words or actions, by anyone that can take away the pain that you are feeling right now. The only words of comfort I can offer are that I am very sorry for your loss. I know the pain is great and feels unfair, becuase I along with my fellow brothers and sisters lost a very good friend and
K-9 Deputy this year as well. (Deputy Brian Litz.) As time goes by the pain will heal, the days will pass and life will go on. the one thing that will never change is the question you will always ask yourself everyday is "WHY?" that is a question we will never know, so try not to beat your self up about it. just remember the good times you had together on duty and off, and remember it's ok to grieve and to cry I still do some times.

To the family of Detective Fatta, my heart goes out to you. Please remember that Detective Fatta gave the ultimate sacrifice to protect the Men, Women, and Children of Broward County. all to often our jobs are unappreciated and go unnoticed, but remember that we do it becuase it's what we love and believe in and Detective Fatta will never be forgotten for his unselfish, actions today, for doing what he loved and believed in. Take some comfort in knowing that Detective Fatta, and my good friend K-9 Deputy Litz, are looking down on us right now and talking to each other about police work, becuase it's what they lived and loved. You all are in mine and my families prays. Stay strong and God Bless you !!!

I wish to express my deepest sympathy to the Fatta Family and the deputies & staff of the Broward County Sheriff's Department over the tragic loss of Det. Todd Fatta. Once again a coward has taken the life of another brother officer from the thin blue line. May God bless the Fatta Family and the deputies & staff of the Broward County Sheriff's Department during this very sad time. May our brother Todd rest in peace. Todd will now patrol the streets of Heaven with St. Michael and his angels. Never forget the fallen hero!

To the family, friends and co-workers of Detective Fatta, my prayers are with you. I wish there was something I could say that would ease your pain at this time, but unfortunatly there isn't any. The only saving grace for me was knowing that Clint loved being a police officer and wouldn't have traded jobs with anyone.
Thank you Detective Fatta for your sacrifice, your family will miss you everyday, but we will never forget you. Look Clint up tell him we miss him...
