Reflections for Deputy Sheriff Joshua Edwin Blyler
To Josh's mom.
Your faith and strenght as a mother will hold you and your family together in this time of grief.Death is not a welcome visitor at any-time,even harder to accept when our young are taken.The heartacke is severe. But know that you are not alone during this time of pain and sorrow. On behalf of every Shadco member from zone 4,please accept our deepest sympathy.Our prayers are with the family and with the St John's County Sheriff's Office. To Joshua, May God Bless and keep you sofly.....
God make me brave for life;
oh, braver than this..let me straighten after the rain as a tree straighten after rain.
Shining and lovely again.
God make me brave for life; much braver than this...
As the grass lifts, let me rise from sorrow with quiet eyes knowing thy way is wise.
God make me brave, life brings such blinding things. Help me to keep my sight, help me to see aright, that out of dark comes light.

In just 5 or 6 short months I may get the honor to wear the Trooper Uniform of the Arkansas State Police, I understand that It is a dangerous job, but It is the Job that I love. Deputy Blyler also loved the Job and He paid the Ulitimate Price protecting people he did not know. May he rest in peace, and not be soon forgotten.
