John, I never got to know you, but I have worked around alot of people that did. I work with your old partner (coop) and he has told me a great deal about your passion for law enforcement.
In 2009, I met Jareb John and he has been a blessing in my life. He has taught me numerous lessons that he will never know. I thank him and YOU for that. I feel like I know you as well as i do Jareb. Everyone says that Jareb is a mirror image of you and i believe it. His dedication to law enforcement shines through. I know that you are very proud of him. Look down on him and protect him.

John, I just read about the trooper that was killed yesterday during a traffic stop and I feel so sad for his family cause we know all too well about that feeling. My heart breaks for them. We love and miss you so much!! Watch out for us til we see you again....

I can still see you behind the wheel every time i see a patrol car in huntington. I miss seein ya on patrol and stopping to chat with you on the street and at the station.
