Officer Bell,
I just wanted to say how proud you should be of your Grandson and your Great Granddaughter. I had the pleasure of meeting them the other day while on patrol in my precinct. I was dispatched to a non injury accident report involving the 2 of them and another party. Fortunately, it was just a minor fender bender and no one was hurt. Your Grandson was being a good father by helping his daughter prepare for fall classes at the Ohio State University. They were both extremely polite and well mannered. I also wanted to say God bless you for the sacrifice you made to serve and protect the citizens of Philadelphia. It is now clear to me where they received their good natured attributes. Rest in peace brother, we'll take it from here.
