Jimmy,
We had so many great times with you in this short lifetime and we all look forward to many more great times with you when we meet again. I pray all your crazy dreams about Nascar are being fulfilled and you can drive as fast as your heart desires on those tracks of gold! I miss your crazy smile and conversations. We will always be here for your family so just keep your eyes on the road and hands on the wheel! Though you are 10-7 here, you will always be 10-8 in our hearts.

James,
I refuse to believe it was your time. Why is it that when everything is perfect, something tragic happens?
In just a little over four short months, you were going to officially become part of the family. But in reality, you already were a part of the family. I was always so excited to hear about the plans for the wedding! Me and my mom always joked around and said it was going to be My Big Fat Colombian Wedding.
Who knew that God was going to take you away from us so suddenly?
Why is it now Judy is planning for a funeral instead of a wedding?
How is this fair?
Thank you for showing Judy what is true love. Thank you for showing Jovanni what a father can be.
Please bring some peace and calm into their hearts and help them understand why this happened.

James "Jimmy" Weaver was loved by many of the Police Officers and Deputy Sheriff's he worked with throughout his career.
Working with his family I have grown to understand who James Weaver was a son, brother and soulmate to Judy and what a father figure he served as to Jovanni.
Please keep his fiancee Judy and her Son in your thoughts and prayers.

James,
In about 4 months you would have been my brother-in-law officially, but i would want you to know that i already seen you as that and so much more. You are the closest thing that my nephew knew as a father. You will be greatly missed by me and everybody that your kindness affected. One of the first things I will do when i return home from Baghdad will be to pay my respects and give you the gifts i got for you. Good bye James.

Deputy Weaver, though I never met you, I serve along side many of your brothers in green. Anytime we lose a fellow officer, it feels like losing a family member, whether we have met or not. You will not be forgotten. May god watch over your family and comfort them in this time of great sadness. Please keep watch over us as we continue the mission of making the Orlando Community safer for all its citizens.

James-
We started here together 4 years ago. I never dreamed that I'd ever have to say good-bye to someone that we began with. You will be greatly missed. I have never known someone so even keeled yet so confident. Though we have said good-bye, it is only for a short while. See you again brother.
