Family, Friends & Fellow Officers Remember...

I went through the Howard County, MD Police Academy with Tom, but it didn't take long for him to decide he belonged back in Florida. He was great guy and liked by everyone, and could always be counted on to make you laugh (without trying).

We were on the way home from a trip when we saw your procession passing by on I-95. We were in awe at the number of motormen leading you on your final ride to heaven.
