Reflections for Patrolman Glen Michael Huber
I remember the date, time and where I was when I received the news of your death. You and your family are always in our prayers. Because of you everytime I see a NMSP office I thank them and shake their hand.

Glen, I came onto this department seven years after your death. You had been the last to be killed in the line of duty at my time of appointment. There have been several more since that time and several more have passed due to health problems. I still remember the video of the crime scene that your killer left behind and of your funeral. I hope your wife and children are doing okay and adjusting to life without your as well as can be expected. We certainly have not forgotten your sacrifice. God rest your soul and all others who have gone before us.

I agree with a previous writer who wrote “No officer’s death should be without reflection.” You served us well......RIP brother. May the memory of your service, heroism and sacrifice remain forever.

Rest easy, brother. You are not forgotten. Nor is your heroism. May God comfort those you left behind, hero.
