Rest in peace Brother John, you will not be forgotten. To the family and friends I know of no way to heal the wound that has been inflicted upon you. All I know is you will fine comfort in remembering the life he lead and that he was a hero to all. Hold your family and friends close during this time of need and always remember TRUE HERO'S ARE NEVER FORGOTTEN.

You left us here on Earth, to touch the face of Heaven. I would have never met you in life, but in passing you touch all of us. I give my gratitude and thanks to Deputy Constable Garcia, for your honor, compassion and servitude has made an impact on countless lives. As you journey through this time of mourning though, try as you can to celebrate his life and think of all the things he did to bring a smile to your face.
