I pray everyday to make sure that I send my guys home safe to their families.
You can tell you were so loved.. and such a good man. I know for a fact that a day does not go by that you are not thought of and missed.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the ninth anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace,

I pray for the solace of all those that love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever. Your family is in my heart's embrace. Thanks to your family and friends for sharing their memories and devotion to you through their reflections.

Mike,
Gosh its been 8 years, I can't even believe it. Seems like just yesterday you were harassing me for candy at The Hungry Bear! I think about you often and wish you were here. I would have loved to introduce my son (and daughter) to such a respectable police officer. Tyler thinks he wants to be a police man, (good thing he still has another 12 years to go) and i can only hope that if he truly decides to be a cop that he will be half as good as you. I miss you so much and will always treasure the memories of you! R.I.P love you

Mike, I didn't know you well, only through our interactions in the E.D. But I knew that you were a big "teddy-bear" at heart. I cried when I heard the news of your untimely death. Being at your funeral and memorial service is something that I will never forget. Even met up with MY brother, Mike, who also used to be a trooper....An unforgetable day for an unforgetable man....Sending fond thoughts to your family today in the hopes that they know you are not forgotten, even by some civilians....J.M.
