Thinking of your loved ones today, (many of whom I've met), as they remember that early morning, ten years ago, when they're lives were forever changed.

It has been almost 10 years, yet it feels like yesterday.
We still shed tears and miss you and your boys so much.
I never knew I could hurt so bad and for so long. Give us a sign for I know you are here watching over us. May peace be with you.

You made me live up to my fullest capabilities. I now know why you did what you did. You loved helping everyone out. If I can be half the man you were I, will be blessed. Thanks for all you gave to me. Please keep a watch over your children from heaven!!

Your heroism and service is honored today, the ninth anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

I pray for solace for all those that love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever. Your family is in my heart's embrace. Thanks to your friends for sharing their memories and devotion to you through their reflections.

Rest In Peace.

I remember Jim as being so energetic, so very willing to respond to emergencies, and to render first aid to the injured.
Sometimes, I would have to remind him the paramedics had arrived and it was time to go back into Police mode.
Police, Fire, EMS; He could do it all.
I think of you often, Jim.
Rest in peace, Brother.
