Reflections for Police Officer Gerald Kieffer Griffin, Jr.
God Bless the family, friends, and co-workers of this wonderful hero. Officer Griffin, you will never be forgotten.

What a senseless tragedy. May God keep you forever safe among the other blue angels. We will always remember your sacrifices...you are a Hero to us all.
Cleveland Police, Ohio Retired
What a tragedy. How terrible to lose such a fine officer in a seemingly "routine" duty. This demonstrates that no part of police work is routine. He was a credit to the profession.
I pray for this fine man's family, daughter, friends and colleagues.
He now patrols the streets of Heaven with St. Michael. God Bless and be safe.

My deepest sympathies to the family, friends and workmates of Gerald Griffin. Losing another one of us, no matter where in the world affects the rest of us.
I cannot say I understand how his daughter feels and anything I say will be totally inadequate, but I hope that she realises that our prayers are with her at this time. She will suffer over this and may find it hard to understand or make sense of. I hope that one day in the not to distant future she can appreciate that her father was doing a job that is both worthwhile and very necessary. I am sorry that both she and her dad had to pay the supreme sacrifice.

I'll be seeing you
Feels like it's turning cold
I hate that you're leaving
With so much unsaid
And this strange empty feeling
Won't let me forget
I'll be seeing you
Oh that beautiful smile
I'll be seeing you
Sure as I'm seeing you now
Around every corner
Wherever I go
Every moment of everyday
Darling, I know
I'll be seeing you
Oh, the nights I cry
But maybe, just maybe, in time
I'll get by
I'll be seeing you
When I close my eyes
I'll be seeing you
I've got you memorized
I'll always love you
I know you know that
And I know in my heart
That you're not coming back
And in everything I do
I'll be seeing you....
I miss you Jerry-be happy and at peace in Harley Heaven.
I hope you have everything there you ever dreamed of.
P.S to A-Your Dad was so proud of you, he adored you and
loved you so much!
