I wish I could have been there in time for Charlie. I will never forget you. I pray that GOD will bring your killer to justice. If not to man’s justice, then to GOD’S for the terrible crime where 2 lives were brutally taken. Rest In Peace my Brother.

There is anger that flows through my veins after reading, "the subject who murdered Officer Clark was granted a new trial and then released on a technicality."
It is unjust and unfair my brother that your murderer went free, but it does not take away from the fact that you were courageous and brave. May you rest in peace, and I pray that the Lord watches over and blesses your loved ones.

Words cannot even completely express the deep sadness I felt inside when I read your memorial description.
You are not forgotten today on this mournful anniversary, nor will you ever be. Thank you for your service to our community. Thank you for your bravery and courage in doing your duty. You are the kind of man that deserves the utmost respect and remembrance from everyone in our great nation.
You shall live in the hearts of those who loved you, those who admired you, and those you helped in their times of need; thus you will never be forgotten.
Most respectfully Officer Clark, although I never knew you, I dedicate this day to your memory.
Tonight, my family and I will say a prayer in your memory.

You are missed so much after all this time. It still seems like yesterday that you were here. My heart hurts so much to this day. You haven't been forgotten by your coworkers family and friends! I relayed your wishes to the District Atty.'s office. Unfortunately, they are not going to honor your wish. But know I did my best to honor your wish. Even though you're gone, I still feel your presence around me. I'm glad I was able to tell you how much I loved you the last time we talked. I still do!

Through all the confusion and doubt about a second trial, I have faith that God will come through for you and Justice will be serviced, your life wasn't in vain. I love you dearly and you are greatly missed.
