Sheriff,
Your Office is in good hands, and I was fortunate to serve as a Special-Deputy for two years there. I know that time with the Deputies helped me become a cop. I've watched two brothers buried, neither I knew, just like you. But because they were cops, it meant they were like family to me. Along with every cop in Crawford County, I am pround to be a cop here. Please be that angel-cop on all of our shoulders, and help us keep the strength and courage to do this job, especially when we are afraid.

Although you passed many years before my birth. I can still say thank you for your service. I grew up in Crawford county, and you would have protected members of my family.
