Reflections for Police Officer Scott T. Stewart, IV
I remember getting the call early in the morning in 2002 as we celebrated your life tonight. While we didn’t know you for a long time, I think it was fate that brought your Mom and Dad to us. We have you and Jessica to thank for the friendship that has developed over that past eight years.
You are love and missed by many,
Another Mom

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 8th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
I pray for the solace of all those who love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever.
Rest In Peace

I will always remember exactly what I was doing when the call came that your watch had ended. Today I will remember you and your family as they gather to honor you. You would be so proud of your family in all that they do to help others who are going through what they are. You will always be missed.

Scott: I was retired (after 40 years) when you came on the job. So I did not get a chance to know you. But be sure that I consider you my brother/partner/friend and hero. I wish that I could have been there to cover your back, but I get some satisfaction knowing that my daughter was the prosecutor, who handled your case. You will always be remembered. Rest in peace.

When I opened ODMP today, you were the featured officer on the Home Page and I thought I would stop at your page and leave a short note. I know those that love you dearly think of you daily for they carry your loving memories in their broken hearts. Continue to keep watch over all of your loved ones and close friends. You will never be forgotten.

After your funeral I told my wife that I cant go to anymore funerals unless I worked with them personally. Well it finally happened. We lost a brother in blue where I work and where you worked. I just wanted to tell you although I didnt know you I enjoyed the brief conversation we had on Harper near Conner. You now have some big back-up to help watch over us.

Another good guy joins you today. I know you will be there to welcome him. From my class Brian Huff. I hate wheb they tell you in the academy 1 of you may not go home. Seems like a jinx. 9 is such a bad luck place. 3 there in 12 years. I know you loved it but I think its cursed.
I miss you. I love you. I still hear you singing the apple tree song.
I'll see you pumpkin
Until then keep watching I know you are

I know you have been by my side these past 3 1/2 months. Indirectly, your death had alot to do with all of the support and help that I received that allowed my life to take the positive direction that it did. Things are going well and becoming exciting. Now just turn all that positive into the business so that I can support us!! :)
I miss you and really wish that you were here with us.

Wow. Time seems to march on, and yet I still sit with tears in my eyes, gazing at the face of a friend.
We all miss you terribly, "Stewie".
I owe you a debt of gratitute at being one of my silent allies. The rest of them can pound sand...
My love to the family, friends, and "Hunny Bunny".

Merry Christmas, I hope you enjoy the tree. As with every year your ornament just stands out screaming this is for Scott. Another year is about to close, another year and I'm not with you. Maybe next year will be the one. Until that day, you will always be on my mind and in my heart with deep longing.
I love you,

Another Christmas without you, you are missed just as much as that first Christmas.
Went over to Andrea's instead of snow we had rain all day.
We had our egg nog toast to you.
Andrea brought out Jordan's album of when she was around two, you are in so many of the pictures, it was nice looking at them. You were the best uncle a girl could have. I wish Haley and Shelby could have spent more time with you, but believe me they know all about you,Debbie makes sure of that.
I know you had a nice Christmas in Heaven, but we sure missed you.
Love you,
Always in my heart,
Mom

Merry Christmas Scotty! Wish you were here tonight drinking egg nog with me, playing Jordan's new Wii games with her. I could see you down there tonight with her. I still miss you and think about you every day. I know that you watch over your three girls, Jordan is taking after you. People always ask me where she gets the height from and I always answer, "Her Uncle!". She is a great girl, I know you are proud of her. This year you will really have to watch over her, she starts driving!!!!
Love and miss you!
