Reflections for Patrolman Eric Bradford Taylor
An only child. Beloved son. Cherished husband and father. Part of the thin blue line. I did not know him. But I love him. Rest in Peace in the arms of God. We will carry on.

To the family, friends, and co-workers of Officer Taylor. I am sorry for the loss that you have taken. After being at his funeral I know that he died a HERO. Not for how he died but for how he lived. You will always remember him that way because that is how he wanted to be remembered.

I Hate this, Everytime I'm on line, I try & remember to check out this site, & leave a reflection. I've gone weeks without checking my e-mail, and when I do, There is more senseless killing of Police Officers on this site.
What happened to Officer Taylor, I wish I could understand. But as a Cathlioc person, I know, that GOD called him for a reason, and that maybe there was an opening on the Lords Police Force, that only Eric could fill!!!
Eric did not die in vane, & he will be remebered !'
God Bless his family, and thank them for letting us have him serve !!!

God Bless the friends, family, and dept of Patrolman Taylor...our thoughts and prayers are with you all. To his children....it is very unfortunate that you have lost not only a father, but a hero. As you grow up in this world, always remember that your father is a hero, and that he will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, our Angel in Blue, and look out for the rest of our brothers and sisters.

It rips my heart out to hear that another Officer Taylor has been killed. My Officer Taylor was killed last year and I know how bad it hurts to lose someone you love so suddenly. To his family: look to God for the strength, courage & faith that you will need to help you during this time. Know that you will go through many feelings during the next year and all of those feelings will be normal. You may be angry, hurt, lonely and confused, but time will help with some of that...however, time will not take away all of the pain & loneliness. As for me, there are still days that I just want to stay at home & cry but I just take one day at a time. There are many people out there who are thinking about you & praying for you. I pray that your Officer Taylor has met mine....on the beautiful streets of Heaven.
God Bless You,
Denise

Eric,
Rest in peace my brother. Your wife and kids will be in my thoughts and prayers. Even though many of us who attended your funeral on Friday never met you, we were there out of respect for you as a brother. You were honored by so many out of town officers... you would have been proud. May you find comfort in the mercy of a loving God.
