Family, Friends & Fellow Officers Remember...

In January of this year we lost a brother. He is now in heaven watching over us. Now The Limestone County Sheriff's Department has their own angel watching over them. Lord, please bless his parents,his brothers and all his co-workers and keep them safe.

We send our heartfelt condolences to the Sheriff's Department and the entire law enforcement family of Limestone County, Texas; to the family and friends of Sgt. Davenport, and to the citizens of Limestone County. We in Jessamine County are almost six months along in our grieving process after a similar incident; our thoughts and our prayers will be with you through this sad and difficult ordeal. Take comfort in knowing that Sgt. Davenport is now patrolling the streets of Heaven with some of God's finest.

Rest easy, Stephen Davenport; no one can hurt you now.
