Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.
GOD Bless

I made an error in my last reflection. It is the 78th anniversary year of your death and I am sure you are still missed by those that call you beloved.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 178th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

This is the only picture that I have seen of my grandfather. I am grateful for the Officer Down Memorial Page to honor and remember New York's finest, especially today.

I said a little prayer today for Patrolman Haucke and his family. He may be gone but never forgotten. He will always be a New York HERO.
