Remembering Jerry Beall and other officers who have given all in the line of duty. I salute you. I was only 9 when he fell, but remember Jerry and his parents, Ross and Irma. He was my dad's first cousin. I was attaching this memorial to my genealogy tree and saw that his son Sean and Brother-in-Law Tom left their respects. If either of them come back to this page and read this, I would love to connect with his/my family. contact me via [email protected]

Dear Dad,
It's been 45 years now, and all I have to remember you by are a few old photographs, some stories, and vague childhood memories.
You would be proud of your grandchildren. They're delightful. I've tried to raise them well, but I often wish that I could call you up for some fatherly advice and a word of encouragement.
I love you. I am proud to be your son.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 45th anniversary year of your death. I am priviliged to leave a tribute to you. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

my father had a music store downtown cushing. I was going to my fathers store and chief rowden was parked in front of the home cafe. Chief rowden was always quick to speak to the kids in our town. Chief rowden asked me how I was and if I was staying out of trouble today. I laughed and told him I was comming from football practice. Chief then told me to play good and I am on the way to Stillwater but he would see us later. He was killed enroute. John Wood

Deputy Beall,
On today, the 37th anniversary of your death, I would like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of Payne County. What boggles my mind is how the piece of scum that murdered you could have only served less than 12 years in prison for killing two Law Enforcement officers.
