Game Warden Bays,
On today, the 54th anniversary of your murder, I would like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of the state of Virginia. I think it was a travesty of justice that one of your murderers was only sentenced to 5 years and only had to serve 3 but hopefully he faced justice later on from a higher court.
