Rest in Peace Motor Patrolman Joseph Leroy Moon. Thank You for your Service and Sacrifice protecting Corpus Christi, Texas' roadways.
I Pray for Peace for your Family and ancestors. I also Pray that while your murderer may have escaped justice on this earth that his carcass is now being consumed by the hounds of hell. May his screams of pain and agony as he burns in the lake of fire echo around his earthly grave!
Amen.

Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
