Reflections for Patrolman David Gourley

170 years ago today you made the ultimate sacrifice. I wonder what happened to the piece of garbage that took your life, I'm sure by now he is purgatory with the rest of the low life's.
You, continue to rest in peace. Know that you are not forgotten.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 155th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Rest In Peace
