Robert, Your memory lives on in our family. Pvt Hunt was my great grandfathers brother and his picture is still displayed in our homes today.

We hereby honor the memory of Pvt. Robert Hunt, and his service to his community. The Spanish Flu killed as many as 55 million people world-wide--including my grandmother who died on December 11, 2018.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 91rst anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
