To those of you who never had a chance to meet Scott you certainly missed a great human being. Scott was always there when you needed him and was always willing to help. My heart is heavy with the loss of such a great guy. God Bless Scott and his family. This world was a better place with Scott in it. You will be missed greatly.

Dear family and co-workers we know that there are no words to make it better so I won't try. It's never easy to accept the fact of an officer being pulled off the Thin Blue Line. Know that in our hearts they will always remain.....their spirits are with us, each n' every day to carry on the tradition to protect and serve. We at MO COPS are here for you in any way be it a shoulder to cry on or assist you in filling paper work. Warm and caring hugs

So very sorry about your loss. May God comfort those who mourn for this "hero".

Once again this year, to many of our fellow officers have paid the ultimate sacrifice. Whether they lose their life in a violent confrontation while on duty, helping others while off duty, in a training accident, or just doing what they love most, the loss is still real and the pain is still deep. May GOD be with each and every family member and friend as you go through these difficult days. Thank you Sergeant Arner for your commitment to our profession.

This tragedy took Scott from our lives much too early.
However in the time that he was with us he made a
positive difference in the lives of the many people that
he came in contact with. Eager to Help. Dedicated
to Duty. Devoted to Family. A Husband, Father, Friend,
and Fellow Law Enforcement Officer that will be missed
greatly. Godspeed Sgt. Arner.
