It hasn't even been twenty four hours since "Bev" was taken from us. The pain we feel as a result of our loss is tremendous. To have him so senselessly and violently taken from us. Mike was a great person to know. Someone you could joke with. He could always find a way to cheer someone up. Our department will not be the same without him. I hope each and every member of our department can go on strong and make Mike proud of us as cops! We who knew both Mike and our sister Connie can rest secure within ourselves that he is safe in her arms now. All those days you watched over her on our streets we're sure she is now taking care of you. Mike may have been taken from us but he will NEVER be forgotten. God Bless you "Bev" and may you rest in peace forever.
