I am so sorry to hear of Master Sergeant Talbot's death. To his family, friends, and fellow officers, please know that your loved one, as well as all of you, are in my thoughts and in my prayers. Master Sergeant Talbot's name will be read,and the Illinois State Flag will be posted at our May 14, 2002 memorial service. This year's service saw over 400+ attend. Next year we are expecting 700+.
