Reflections for Officer Terry Eugene Foster
Terry
I had a few occasions to work calls with you, when working with a neighboring dept. And you my friend were the epidimy of professionalism and integrity. Your example will forever live on as we all hope to leave the same legacy and memeories that you have. May God bless you and yours. You are now one of "His" Eternal Protectors.

Terry the day doesn't end without a thought of you. There is a tremendous void, but you have brought spouses closer, partners closer and the city closer. What a sacrifice you had to make for this to happen. You were a very private person. Always separating family and work, but you have left us with a job to do. We must take care of your family and keep your memory alive. Your brothers and sisters of the Independence, MO Police Dept will never forget you or your family.

Officer Foster, your memory lives on with your brothers and sisters. We will never forget you. Your sacrifice reminded us all that how short life is and how precious it is. God Bless you Officer Foster, you made a difference. I promise you your sacrifice will never be forgotten. You're in God's hands now, we all miss you. Your memory will always be apart of my life.
