It's now been 95 years since your brutal murder. As the son of a cop of 40 years, five of which was with the New York Central, I know your job is tough and God knows, budgets make it tougher. Yet I know, Railroad Police Officers and Special Agents do an enormous amount to protect one of America's greatest assets. Thank you all for that and God Bless you in your tasks regardless of the incredible obstacles.

Detective Nolan, on this 95th anniversary of your sacrifice, please allow me to say Thank You for what you did in life. You are truly a hero.

God Bless and may your eternal rest be ever peaceful.

Detective Nolan, it was 84 years ago today that your life was taken by some thugs who didn’t have the integrity, decency, or courage to get a real job. You were out, not to simply to protect the assets of the Grand Trunk Railroad, but those of everyone who did business in the United States. You sir, were one of the many heroes who for well over 100 years have put their lives on the line to protect one of America’s most vital assets, it’s railroads. Sadly, it cost you your life.

You are a hero now, you were a hero before and I thank you for your service.

God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
