Truman, even though we never met, you still are a part of our family. Just recently i found out that you were my mother in laws grandfather, whom you never met and also my wifes great grandfather and my 3 sons great great grandfather. This Friday, May 15th 2015, you will be remembered in a police officers ceremony held in Salamanca NY. I have been in law enforcement for 20 years now and and i will be honored to stand up and represent you on that day. R.I.P my friend and thank you for serving your community.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 88th anniversary year of your death. I am priviliged to be among the first to leave a tribute to you. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.
