Hey...although I think of you often, daily, I haven't wrote to you in awhile. Most of the time it is just too hard to try and put into words how I am feeling and how much your loss has affected me. Anyway, I just lost scooby and what makes it hurt all the more is he, more than anything, is what helped me get through those first few years. Please keep him with you and pepper and let him know how much I loved him.

So proud of you always,
not because of how you died
but how you lived.

Always a friend,
always a gentleman.
A born caretaker of others
especially those he loved deeply
like family and friends.

Always humble and willing
to let someone else bask in the glory.
Always sharp and witty
willing to make you laugh.

Fiercly protective of his family.
Fiercly loyal to his friends.
Willing to work hard at whatever
task came his way.

Gentle, yet powerful.
Sensitive, yet dignified.
Adventurous, Intelligent
Charming in that quirky,
innocent way.

Miss you Bob

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 10th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

I pray for solace for all those who love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever.
Rest In Peace

Just letting you know we're here at COPS kids camp almost 10 years later remembering you. John is here showing off his comedic skills like you. Wil is so sweet and is really being a great friend to his friends, especially the ones having a hard time, just like you. Holly is quiet and artsy. She loves to spend hours drawing, like you. We love and miss you and love sharing stories about you with our friends. The kids are so proud of you and so am I. Love you more.
