Russ,
We never realize the difference someone can make in our life. I miss seeing you come into the dispatch center smiling and happy. You will be in our hearts and memory forever.
Debbie Konstantakos
Dispatch Supervisor, Chino Police Department
Officer Miller,
Work isn't the same without you. I miss your smiling face every day. Nobody to call me trouble and make me smile when I just don't feel like smiling. You will never be forgotten. We miss you so much brother.
Leah Dabelstein Police Cadet
Chino Police Department
Russ,
Yesterday, you were laid to rest and we are left with the painful realization that you will no longer be among us. The world is a different place without you in it - and we are forever changed by sharing a moment in time with you. No one ever believed it would happen "here"...not to "us", not at "Chino PD". Please, look down on us and guide us back to our calling - and know that we will always miss you.
Leslie Whitham, Dispatch Supervisor
Chino Police Department
Our deepest sympathy and condolences to the Family and friends of Officer Russell Miller. We are greatful for your dedicated service to defending our Nation.
"And He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there shall no longer be any death, there shall no longer be any morning, or crying, or pain, the first things have past away." (Rev. 21:4)

"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."
John 15:13
"Blessed are the peacemakers; for they shall be called the children of God."
Matthew 5:9
"God is not unjust; He will not forget your work and the love you have shown Him as you have helped His people and continue to help them."
Hebrews 6:10
Virginia State University Police Department
At the beginning of every shift, our team dedicates the work day to the memory of a fellow officer who died in the line of duty. Today, February 1, 2003, we dedicated our shift to the memory of PO Russell Miller Sr.
When one law enforcement officer falls, we all stumble for a while, but we will carry on.
Your sacrifice will never be forgotten.
