Your heroism and service is honored today, the 12th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

To Agent Burgos Otero, I met your mom and sister during Police Week 2001 in DC, they are wonderful people and very sweet. I see your mom and feel so sorry for her, as my son is your age and I can't imagine what she must be going through, but you should see her how strong and how beautiful they speak of you. So, you see Dennis you are gone but not forgotten.

Take care of your family specially your dad who still misses you as the first day.
