Chief Clinard,
On today, the 25th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just for your Community but for our Country as well when you served with the U.S. Amy during the Vietnam War. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

I never realized you passed over until I was researching for something else.

I remember being pulled over for a traffic violation in Cross Plains. You stopped to assist and we talked like we were best friends. Thank you for your kindness and your wonderful smile. I still remember you fondly almost 30 years later.

Uncle Wallace, your brother Phillip and I was just talking about you. We were saying how much that we missed you and was reflecting on what a great person that you was. It has been a while since I have talked to you, but I wanted you to know that I do miss you. Maybe one day we can go camping again. Merry Christmas

Tina and I were talking about you tonight. Even though it's been close to 18 years since the crash, I can still see you and hear your laugh. I miss you my friend.

Got new screws to hold my war wounds together. I hope to be more active than the past two years. I heard that James was made Chief. He's always wanted to work there and I think he'll do real good. Of course you'll always be the best. I think about you all the time. Miss you.

They say time heals all but I still miss as much now as the day you gained your beautiful wings maybe even more. I don't remember a lot of my childhood perfectly and I was only 5when you passed but I remember everything I knew about you. From the bubble gum in your glove box to sneaking in to wake you up in the morning. I'll never stop thinking about you every single day and when my babies are old enough to understand they will know who papa is and all the great things he did. I love you to the moon and back and id give anything to have just one more day with you.

love your grand daughter Nikki

Happy late 4th of July. We bought a camper trailer and stayed at Piney campground at LBL. Lots of people and Hot! The AC is killer cold so we stayed inside watching movies most of the time. We went out when the dogs needed to dump. Going back up for a week at the end of the month, should be less people and cooler. I'm thinking about you Chief, see ya.
